The water here in Utah is filled with minerals and doesn't taste good at all to drink. But with the Brita filter, all of the minerals are caught in the filter, WHICH I CAN SEE, and my water tastes awesome! I live alone so this is perfect. No one else to get mad at if its not refilled. Plenty big for one or two people, probably not for a large family. The design has improved since the last Britawater filter I purchased, for the better. I highly recommend this product.
