This product is very nice, fits easily into the refigerator without taking up too much space and is enough for one or two people. I had to soak and rinse the filter several times and discard the water the first three or four times I filled it, but I'm happy with the pitcher since. The service from Amazon was really nice. Very nicley packaged and arrived before the estimated delivery date. Definitely recommend!!Customer Review: Does the job!

I've had this pitcher for 2 months now, and it's done everything I've asked. Well, I haven't actually asked. I try to not make a habit out of talking to inanimate objects.
But it does the job. It's a little small and therefore needs to be refilled pretty regularly (even for just one person), but the flip side is that it doesn't take up much space in the fridge.

I use this at my office. Fill it with tap water and I have all the water I need for the day. Great taste -- better than the bottled water I had been drinking. I'm also not contributing to the landfill problems any longer.
The water passes through the filter faster than I expected. There's no meaningful delay as some would have you think.

I followed the prep directions regarding soaking the filter before using it and I've had no problems with charcoal residue in the filtered water. There's a significant difference in taste between what I used to drink straight from the faucet and the filtered water. I had to replace my older style Brita because the spout was causing spills every time I used it plus it was probably more than 6 years old. I was concerned that this one would cause spills too, but it doesn't. It comes with a plastic removable sticker to help remind you to replace the filter every two months. It comes with one filter.
