Customer Review: Product bent after wash

I replaced my old Brita pitcher with this new one. When I opened the package the top was hard to fit and close, but it was usable. Now, after a week of usage, I placed it in the dishwasher and when it came out, the pitcher was bent in such a way that the filter holder was very hard to fit into the pitcher, and the top cover does not fit at all.
Amazing how the plastic is so weak that it can't stand the heat whereas the plastic of the old pitcher was hard and lasted over 10 years.

I ordered this product online and received it with a broken lid. Feeling very disappointed, I returned it and asked for a refund. I used a pre-paid label, as this is not my fault. Unfortunately, the cost of return shipping has been deducted from my refund, and they said the return is not the result of their error. I'm very confused here, I paid return shipping for someone else's error?!Customer Review: nasty flavor

I don't know how it is with other people, but my filtered water tastes nastier than without the filtering.
So, I was having the assumption that this super awesome filter would also filter out the nasty chlorine flavor but it seems to not be able to do so. I do not recommend this product if you live in NV!
