I have had a Brita pitcher for about a year now and love it. I've done some considerable checking on the internet for replacement filters and this company came out tops. I received the filters promptly, in great shape, and they were all they promised to be at a great price. My husband takes care of replacing the filters but it certainly looks easy. I rate the taste and quality of the water as high as an RO system (which needs a service call yearly to replace filters) We have two pitchers we keep refrigerated and we drink a considerable amount daily because we live in Phoenix, Az. where drinking water is very necessary.Customer Review: Improved filters easier to tell when to change out!

The Brita filters are an excellent lower-end water purification system. They work quite well in most cases and these new filters come with a guide that indicates when it is time to change the filter. This is a marked improvement over the old method of going by calendar days based on the number of times you fill the pitcher per day.Customer Review: Excellent product

I have always filtered my water for drinking and cooking. This Brita filter work excellent. My water always tastes great. It removes any traces of chlorine and bleach.
Sometimes we have to use cistern water and it cleans it nicely.
If you love great tasting water, get the Brita filters and pitchers.

My Brita filter pitcher is the best purchase I've made in a long time. And ordering the filters online in this way makes my purchase more convenient and ensures that my family always has filtered water available for drinking. The cost is still much cheaper than purchasing Arrowheads water and saves the room of a dispenser.
